Position: Recess Supervisor
Location: Rochester Hills, MI

Part‑time position: 10 hours per week between 11:30 am and 1:30 pm Monday‑Friday while school is in session; paid hourly.
Responsibilities- Ensure school health and safety rules are followed.
- Interact with students and encourage appropriate play.
- Manage student behavior; work with teachers and administration as needed.
- Be physically able to work outside year‑round.
- Know student behavior and have methods to redirect and control students.
- Maintain a nurturing yet firm demeanor and commit to student safety.
- Organize multiple duties and maintain volunteers at recess daily.
- Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and principals.
- Previous experience with students and first‑aid knowledge is an asset.
- Knowledge of child behavior and safety practices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Physically fit to work outdoors.
