Our spa concierge makes the magic happen by providing the ultimate guest experience and invoking guest delight. Happiness follows you wherever you go.

• Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door.
• Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to our changing lounge and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless experience.
• Answers the phone with a smile each and every time.
• Is the brand ambassador, making sure the guest enters a clean, safe place with just the right lighting, music and scent to ensure that memorable experience.
• Remembers the small things that make The Woodhouse special—the guest’s favorite drink, personal details such as birthdays and anniversaries.
• Serves as backup for the leadership team, when they are busy taking care of the “big stuff”, you always make sure things are running smoothly.
