We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our dynamic finance team. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting strategic decision-making through accurate reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of accounting experience, with a preference for candidates holding a CPA certification (though it is not required).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
• Coordinate and support external audits and tax filings.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting regulations and company policies.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions.
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable and cash flow management.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to provide financial insights.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and compliance.
• CPA certification preferred but not required.
• In-depth knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
