** Plus $0.80 per hour shift differential for Night Shift**#
** Shift Hours are 6PM – 6AM, 4 days on and 4 days off**##

** What You'll Do
*** Assist in performing routine maintenance on assigned machines under supervision
* Support machine changeovers and learn proper procedures
* Follow guidance on shutdown and startup procedures for auxiliary equipment
* Participate in equipment overhaul tasks as assigned
* Promptly report unusual events or emergencies to the supervisor
* Adhere to all safety procedures, including PPE, LOTO, working at heights, confined spaces, and hazardous materials handling
* Ensure all related documentation is completed accurately with appropriate guidance
* Maintain a clean and organized work area
* Additional related duties as required; others as assigned.

* Job Requirements:

*** Passing score on Battery X - Mechanic test
* Willingness to learn and assist with the setup, startup, and operation of manufacturing equipment
* Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks in a professional and responsible manner
* Basic understanding or interest in mechanical tools and equipment
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow safety protocols
* Ability to operate or learn to operate a forklift or other lifting equipment
** Experience/

Education:

*** High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
* Mechanical aptitude or interest in hands-on technical work is a plus
*
* Physical Requirements:

*** Must be able to kneel, stoop, crawl, squat, and stand for extended periods while learning maintenance procedures
* Ability to distinguish minor variations in materials and components
* Adequate hand-eye coordination to assist in machine adjustments under supervision
* Basic physical strength to handle tools and equipment as required##
