Bilingual Recruiter – Rochelle, IL

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: Rochelle, IL

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required.

• Support the Branch Manager and office staff with onboarding and day-to-day operations
• Coordinate pre-employment drug screenings
• Maintain accurate personnel files (paper and electronic)
• Document all communications with candidates and associates in our system
• Assist with mass communications to employees
• Serve as a liaison between applicants, associates, and the Operations Manager
• Handle inbound phone calls and walk-in inquiries
• Post job openings online and across social media platforms
• Perform Support Specialist duties as needed

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer/social media usage
• Friendly, professional, and reliable
