Position: Senior Recruitment Consultant - Financial Sector
Are you an experienced recruiter with a proven track record in finance and accountancy recruitment?
Our client, a highly respected specialist recruitment agency based in the North West, is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team.

The role:

* Manage and grow a warm desk with established clients and candidates

* Drive business development and maintain strong client partnerships

* Source, screen, and place high-calibre finance and accountancy professionals

* Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team growth

What we’re looking for:

* Proven recruitment experience (finance/accountancy sector preferred, but other professional services will be considered)

* A strong billing history with evidence of consistent results

* A self-starter with ambition to grow your desk and earnings

* Excellent relationship-building and business development skills
