Home Instead Rochdale are looking for a Field Care Mentor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and supporting our team of Care Professional, ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of care.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a supervisory role in the care sector (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work indepedently and has part of a team.
• FULL DRIVING LICENCE AND ACCESS TO OWN VEHICLE

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support our team of Care Professionals.
• Ensure our clients receive the highest quality of care.
• Conduct clients assessments and develop care plans.
• Monitor and review care plans on a regular basis.
• Provide training and support to Care Professionals.
• Participate in on-call duties as required.
