Social Worker – Adults Preparing for Adulthood (LD & Autism Team)

Social Worker – Adults Preparing for Adulthood (LD & Autism Team) in Rochdale, earning £35 per hour. This full-time locum position lasts for 3 months and is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic professional ready to make a difference in the lives of adults with learning disabilities and autism. With the chance to be office-based 2-3 days a week, you will handle a manageable caseload of 15-20 complex cases, including Court of Protection Welfare and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards work, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop detailed support plans.
