A dynamic participatory arts charity in Rochdale is looking for a visionary Creative Director who will also serve as Joint CEO. This role requires strategic leadership and a strong background in securing funding and managing complex budgets, while actively promoting community engagement and enhancing cultural opportunities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about using art as a catalyst for social change and will work closely with the Board of Trustees to achieve the organization's goals.
