Location: Manchester (on-site preferred, with hybrid / remote options for the right candidate)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
About the CompanyOur client is a global IT infrastructure and managed services provider supporting enterprise organisations across sectors such as hospitality, airport security, and government contracting. They specialise in designing, supplying, and managing complex IT environments — from servers, storage, and networking to fully managed user support and global hardware maintenance across more than 70 countries.
Their value lies in combining enterprise-level capability with the agility and responsiveness of a specialist partner. Their engineers average more than 20 years of experience, and they excel in environments where accuracy, compliance, and operational complexity truly matter — including international logistics, lifecycle planning, and security‑aligned managed services.
About the RoleOur client is seeking a highly motivated, self‑starting Marketing Manager with a strong understanding of the IT industry to support and scale their growing investment in marketing.
The ideal candidate will have a holistic view of the customer journey — from inbound lead generation through qualification, nurturing, and conversion into long‑term customers. You will be comfortable shaping and executing marketing initiatives that align content, digital presence, and data across the full funnel, ensuring a consistent and effective experience at every touchpoint.
This is a hands‑on role with strategic responsibility, combining day‑to‑day execution with ownership and evolution of the overall marketing plan. MarketingOwnership & Scope

You will ensure continuity and effective execution of existing marketing activities while progressively introducing your own ideas, structure, and direction. This includes driving the ongoing evolution of their website, developing and executing lead‑to‑customer journeys, strengthening their Linked In presence, and creating high‑quality departmental collateral such as battle cards, sales presentations, and supporting materials that align marketing closely with commercial outcomes.
