People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Semi Skilled Operative to join our well-established client based in Rochdale.

Monday to Friday 08:00-16:30

£12.21 per hour

Your benefits as a Semi Skilled Operative will be:

As a Semi Skilled Operative, your duties will include (but not be limited to):

• Operating basic machinery, tools, or equipment
• Following instructions, work schedules, and standard operating procedures
• Assisting skilled workers or supervisors with more complex tasks
• Performing repetitive or routine tasks accurately and efficiently
• Assembly of components or products
• Monitoring machines and reporting faults
• Quality checking finished or in-process items
• Packing, labelling, and preparing goods for dispatch
• Mixing materials, handling tools, and basic installation work
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Loading and unloading materials

To be successful as a Semi Skilled Operative, you will need:

• Previous machine operation and machinery skills
• Previous manufacturing or production experience
• Quality control expertise
• Proficiency in using hand tools
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Full training will be provided site, with continued development opportunities
