The Best Connection Group Ltd are recruiting for a reliable and motivated Production Operative to join the team our client in Rochdale.

This hands‑on role is ideal for someone with experience in factory environments who enjoys practical work and takes pride in producing quality results.

• Production tasks
• Safe use of hand and power tools
• Carrying out manual handling of products and materials
• Assisting with general production, assembly, and labouring tasks
• Inspecting finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe workspace
• Following all Health & Safety and quality control procedures

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Confident and competent using hand tools, power tools
  .
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive attitude
• Able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment

• Mon - Friday : 8:00am - 4:30pm
• Overtime
  :
  Paid at time and a half after 40 hours

• Dependant on experience
