The Best Connection Group Ltd are recruiting for a hands‑on Production Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company in Rochdale
.

This role is ideal for someone with experience or interest in paint application, finishing, and production work
, who's comfortable working with substances and materials in a workshop or factory environment.

• Preparing, painting and finishing products to a high standard

• Mixing and applying paints or coatings as required

• Inspecting, repairing, and preparing products for dispatch

• Using a range of hand and power tools

• Supporting with general production and warehouse tasks

• Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient workspace

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment

• Confident using hand and power tools

• Happy working around paints, coatings, and related materials

• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic

• Reliable and proactive attitude

• Mon - Wed: 8:00am - 4:30pm

• Thu: 8:00am - 5:00pm

• Fri: 7:00am - 3:00pm

• Overtime: Paid at time and a half after 40 hours

• Start: £12.65 per hour

• After 6 weeks: £12.95 per hour

• Permanent rate: £13.45 per hour

• + Overtime at time and a half
