The roleAre you ready to lead transformational change and make a real impact to people's lives who have experienced or are at risk of homelessness? As Regional Service a Manager at Petrus, you will drive the vision and growth of our charity delivering high-quality, customer-focused supported housing services for adults with multiple complex needs. You will inspire and develop teams, champion the voice of our service users, and build powerful partnerships across Greater Manchester.
With responsibility for operational performance, strategic direction, and financial sustainability, you’ll ensure our services are innovative, trauma-informed, and continuously improving. We are seeking an inspiring, values-driven leader with substantial experience in the housing sector and supporting vulnerable groups. You will have a strong background in strategic leadership, operational management, and service development, as well as proven skills in mentoring, coaching, and empowering teams. Your expertise in partnership-building, stakeholder engagement, and financial management will be essential. You will champion a trauma-informed, person-centred approach, promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.

- Significant experience in leading supported housing or related services for vulnerable adults with complex needs.
- Proven track record of strategic leadership, service development, and values led operational management at a senior level.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience of service charge setting and budget management.
- Excellent knowledge of safeguarding, risk management, and regulatory frameworks.
- Degree-level qualification in a relevant field or significant equivalent experience.
- Experience of managing and developing managers and multi-disciplinary teams.
Petrus provides support services for people facing homelessness or in housing need. We are a charitable organisation and deliver both drop in and residential services across Greater Manchester.
