Plant Fitter
Comply with Health & Safety, Company policy and Site-specific policies and procedures
Utilise diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot and fault find
Carry out any repairs as necessary whilst adhering to correct procedures set out by Manufacturers
PDI and prepare machines for direct sale – Modify, add additional equipment
Visit customers sites within the UK & Ireland to follow up on service and warranty issues
Support our dealer network, answering service calls and giving technical advice
Ensure all service reports and documentation is filled out correctly
Respond to customers with a focused customer satisfaction approach to resolve issues
