Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply planning, including purchase requisitions, planned orders, and all external/intercompany purchase orders.
- Monitor and control inbound supply performance by tracking confirmations, delivery dates, delays, EDI flows, and supplier reliability.
- Optimise inventory levels through regular OOS/low-stock reviews, safety stock assessments, SLOB management, and month-end analysis.
- Coordinate co-packing, imports, and container planning to ensure timely availability and efficient stock flow.
- Support demand planning processes, including IBP forecasting, maintaining forecast master data, contributing to S&OP, and monitoring forecast accuracy (SFD, bias, stability).
- Maintain and update planning master data including supply parameters (lead-times, lot sizes, MOQ, rounding values) and forecast-related settings to ensure accurate replenishment and demand modelling.
- Manage product lifecycle actions, including phase‑in/phase‑out execution, kill‑list updates, and transitions affecting supply and forecast stability.
- Drive continuous improvement of supply and forecast KPIs, such as CSL, SSL, IFC, supplier OTIF, SFD, bias and demand accuracy.
- Manage master data and product configuration, including product setups, info records, source lists, transport cost updates, BOM changes, and ensuring data consistency for both supply and demand planning.
- Collaborate across logistics, suppliers and commercial teams
- Directly Reports to :
Supply Chain manager
- All streams including head office
- Suppliers, 3PL, freight forwarders, customs agents, warehouse
- Previous proven experience in a similar role being responsible for Supply chain or Demand planning
- Experience working in B2B environment
- Experience of international suppliers both European and Far east.
- Understanding of supply chain master data terms (MOQ, Lot Sizes, BOMs)
- Microsoft Office advanced skills. – Excel Mastery
- Experience with ERP Systems - SAP
- Working knowledge of forecasting systems - IBP
- Analytical & Data ‑ Driven Decision Making
