Prosecutions Solicitor needed in Rochdale Paying £50 per hr A 71B5 / 1
Full time hours on a temporary basis
We are seeking a skilled Prosecution Lawyer to manage a caseload of prosecution and enforcement matters , including anti-social behaviour litigation, licensing disputes, and general litigation. You will oversee cases from initial instruction to court advocacy , ensuring robust legal support.
Key Responsibilities- Handle prosecution and enforcement cases
- Manage anti-social behaviour litigation & licensing matters
- Provide expert legal advice on local authority enforcement
- Assist senior officers in shaping policy & procedures
- Qualified Solicitor / Barrister / Legal Executive
- Experience in prosecution, enforcement, or regulatory law
- Strong legal advisory & advocacy skills
