As a Community Healthcare Worker, you'll be supporting individuals in their own homes — helping them live independently, with dignity and respect.

You'll be part of a friendly, supportive team that values you as much as the people we care for.

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients in their own homes.
• Support with daily tasks such as personal care, medication prompts, meal preparation, and companionship.
• Promote independence and well‑being at every opportunity.
• Travel between clients within your local area.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families.
• Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate records.

• Access to your own vehicle and a full UK driving licence – essential for this role.
• A genuine passion for caring for others.
• Reliability, compassion, and great communication skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in care is helpful but not essential — full training is provided!
