Senior Recruitment Consultant - Financial

Are you an experienced recruiter with a proven track record in finance and accountancy recruitment?

Our client, a highly respected specialist recruitment agency based in the North West, is looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their growing team.

The role :

Manage and grow a warm desk with established clients and candidates

Drive business development and maintain strong client partnerships

Source, screen, and place high-calibre finance and accountancy professionals

Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team growth

What we’re looking for :

Proven recruitment experience (finance / accountancy sector preferred, but other professional services will be considered)

A strong billing history with evidence of consistent results

A self-starter with ambition to grow your desk and earnings

Excellent relationship-building and business development skills
