Mechanical Field Service Engineer
OverviewFull‑time, permanent role across the UK (mainly Manchester, Birmingham, Cumbria). Heavily mobile, with occasional overnight stays and on‑call rota.
Key Requirements- Proven experience maintaining and repairing pumps, valves, pipework, and control systems on client sites.
- Familiarity with submersible and end‑suction pumps, cold water boosters, water treatment systems, rainwater harvesting, and septic tanks.
- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot, communicate effectively, and provide good customer service.
- UK full, clean driving licence essential.
£34k+ base, up to £50k with on‑call and bonuses (£60 per week rota). Overnight travel covered (£15 per night + accommodation & meals). Supportive, family‑run engineering company that values staff retention and career progression.
