Salary: MPS/UPS + SEN Allowance (dependent on experience and responsibilities)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:00pm

You'll work alongside a committed team of teachers, support staff, and therapists who share your passion for unlocking potential, fostering independence, and celebrating every achievement, big or small.

• Deliver high-quality, personalised teaching for pupils across KS2-KS4, with a focus on complex needs
• Plan, adapt, and differentiate engaging lessons to meet EHCP outcomes, developmental milestones, and sensory requirements
• Support pupils' holistic development-academic, social, emotional, and communication skills
• Collaborate closely with the SENCO, learning support staff, therapists, and families to provide a consistent and effective approach
• Monitor pupil progress, contribute to reports, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in an SEN setting (or strong SEN knowledge within a mainstream environment)
• A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach to classroom management
• Passion for inclusive education and a commitment to nurturing every child's progress

• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service OR be willing to process a new application
• Provide two professional child related references
