Supply & Full-Time

Pay Rate: £103.95 - £110 per day, depending on experience and role type

Key Responsibilities:

Support the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities

Work with individual pupils and small groups to support learning and development

Assist with classroom behaviour management and engagement

Help create a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

Support pupils with additional needs where required

Prepare resources and assist with classroom organisation

Essential Requirements:

Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a school setting preferred

Must be able to drive, due to school location and accessibility

Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (essential)

A patient, reliable, and flexible approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A genuine commitment to supporting pupil progress and wellbeing
