We are currently seeking a committed and confident SEN Cover Supervisor to work at a school in Littleborough, starting as soon as possible. This role involves supervising classes that support pupils with Special Educational Needs, ensuring a safe, structured, and positive learning environment in the absence of the class teacher.

• Supervising and supporting pupils with SEN during lessons
• Delivering pre-set work and maintaining engagement
• Managing behaviour in line with individual support plans and school policies
• Working closely with support staff to meet pupils' additional needs
• Ensuring the wellbeing and safety of all students

• Previous experience working with SEN pupils (essential)
• Experience in a Cover Supervisor, Teaching Assistant, or similar role
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills
• Calm, patient, and adaptable approach
• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
