Maths Teacher

Overview

Teachwise is currently looking for an experienced Maths Teacher for a mainstream secondary academy based within the Rochdale area.

The role will involve teaching Maths at both KS3 & KS4 and previous experience teaching at both levels is required.

The position is due to begin on 26/01/26 and will continue on a full-time basis, 5 days per week until the end of the academic year.

• Ability to teach Maths up to KS4
• A passion for the subject
• Ability to raise standards throughout
• Ability to engage with a varies cohort
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to differentiate lessons accordingly
• Good behaviour management strategies
• Hold right to work in the UK
• Have an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service
• Hold QTS or equivalent
• Immediately available
