Supply Teacher

Overview

Daily Rate: £140 - £220 per day (dependent on role, experience, and responsibilities)

Location:

Rochdale, with potential opportunities in Oldham Contract Type:
Flexible supply - short-term, long-term, and day-to-day roles available

• Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons across your subject or key stage
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
• Ensure a safe, inclusive, and productive learning environment
• Adapt quickly to different school settings and classroom routines
• Provide feedback to school staff at the end of each assignment
• Support pupils' learning and engagement throughout the school day

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant UK teaching qualification
• Experience teaching in UK primary and/or secondary schools
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Flexibility, reliability, and a professional approach
• Ability to travel to schools across Rochdale and potentially Oldham
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
• Experience working as a supply teacher
• Ability to teach across multiple year groups or subjects
• Familiarity with different school behaviour and safeguarding policies
• CV must clearly detail all teaching experience
• Information on key stages, subjects, and year groups taught
• Details of long-term, short-term, or supply roles held
• Relevant qualifications, training, and certifications
