A brand-new, nurturing, and inclusive specialist SEMH setting for Key Stage 2 to 4 learners with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs). Our mission is to provide a safe, empowering environment where every young person is supported to grow in confidence, heal from challenges, and thrive.

As a newly established school, they are building a passionate team committed to creating a welcoming and supportive environment for pupils with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the learning experience for children at the very start of our school journey.

• Work closely with Class Teachers and other Teaching Assistants to deliver engaging lessons and support learning
• Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support for learners with SEMH needs
• Occasionally deliver lessons to a small class, maintaining a calm, structured, and nurturing environment
• Support pupils' emotional well-being, social skills, and engagement with learning
• Contribute to the school's inclusive ethos and supportive culture

• GCSEs in Maths and English (level 9-4 / level
  2)
• Level 3 TA qualification, NQF/QCF/RQF, or a Level 3 Teaching Assistant apprenticeship
• Experience supporting pupils with SEMH or additional needs
• A compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to behaviour and learning support
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Hold the Right to Work in the UK
• Hold or be willing to apply for an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate
• Provide two professional child-related references
• Be confident communicating with pupils, families, and colleagues in accurate spoken English
