• Work with children across a range of needs, including global delay, autism, and non‑verbal communication.
• Support a class of 6‑8 children, under the guidance of a Higher‑Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA), alongside a team of 4 TAs.
• Assist with activities designed to develop children's communication and learning skills.
• Provide a calm and nurturing environment, encouraging children to engage and develop at their own pace.
• Promote the social and emotional development of children with varied needs, ensuring inclusion and participation.

• Experience working with children with special educational needs, particularly in a classroom setting.
• Knowledge and understanding of children with global delay, autism, and those who are non‑verbal.
• A patient, compassionate, and flexible approach to working with children with diverse needs.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting the HLTA and other TAs to meet the needs of each child.
