Course Leader of Biology

Overview

Working collaboratively within the Science faculty, you will lead curriculum planning, delivery and development across both year groups; ensure robust assessment, standardisation and exam preparation practices; monitor student progress and implement targeted interventions where needed; support continuous improvement through reflective practice and quality assurance; teach A Level Biology and contribute fully to the wider life of the college. Biology is a thriving subject at RSFC, with approximately 400 A Level Biology students and 240 BTEC Applied Science students and excellent specialist facilities, resources and technical support.
