• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons across the KS1 curriculum
• Follow and deliver pre-set work in the absence of the class teacher
• Maintain a positive, well-managed, and nurturing classroom environment
• Support pupils  learning, development, and wellbeing
• Communicate effectively with school staff regarding pupil progress or any concerns
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where young learners can thrive

• Primary schools located across Rochdale with good transport links
• On-site parking available at many schools
• Supportive senior leadership teams and welcoming staff
• Positive school cultures with a strong focus on pupil development and staff wellbeing
• Opportunities for ongoing professional development

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree
• Experience teaching in Key Stage 1
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young learners
