• Deliver pre‑planned lessons across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
• Adapt confidently to a variety of school and classroom settings
• Maintain positive behaviour management and clear classroom routines
• Provide continuity and stability for pupils during staff absence
• Build professional relationships with a range of schools and staff teams

• ECTs looking to build confidence and broaden classroom experience
• Experienced teachers seeking flexibility or a reduced workload
• Teachers who want to explore different schools before committing to long‑term roles

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Recent UK primary teaching experience
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
