• Is experienced in working within a team to ensure the best outcomes for children.
• Has the personal and social skills to communicate clearly and sensitively, establishing and sustaining good relationships with parents, pupils and other staff.
• Is an excellent and reflective classroom practitioner.
• Is caring, committed and highly motivated.
• Has high expectations of all pupils’ achievement and behaviour.
• Has the knowledge, enthusiasm and ability to inspire and motivate children to learn.
• Has a secure understanding of play and is able to support this at all levels.
• Has a warm and friendly personality.

The successful applicant will have the ability to work with children with a range of needs, Including profound and complex needs, across the key stages and the curriculum.
