• Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
• Saturday: 8:30am – 12:30pm (rota basis)

• Customer Liaison:
  First point of contact, ensuring a seamless service experience from start to finish.
• Customer Satisfaction:
  Deliver exceptional service by understanding needs, providing accurate estimates, and keeping clients informed.
• Administrative Support:
  Maintain accurate records of service appointments, repairs, and customer interactions.
• Sales & Upselling:
  Identify and recommend additional services or products to enhance the customer experience while achieving sales targets.

  Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with the workshop and other departments to ensure services are completed on time and to the highest standard.

• Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role within the automotive industry.
• Outstanding communication skills and a strong commitment to excellent customer service.
• Full UK Driving Licence with a clean driving record.
• Passion for the motor trade, strong work ethic, and dedication to delivering results.
• Team player with ability to work closely with colleagues in a busy, fast‑paced environment.
• Problem‑solving skills: address customer concerns, resolve issues, and suggest suitable solutions quickly.
