Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager
We are a small, family-run construction company working across domestic and commercial projects (values £10k–£1m+). With growth planned and tenders starting in 2026
, we’re looking for an experienced and efficient Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager to join our team.
- Prepare clear and accurate pricing documents
- Manage budgets, cashflow, valuations & variations
- Handle contracts and subcontractor agreements
- Support tender submissions (2026 onwards)
- Conduct site visits and liaise with clients & suppliers
- Help improve commercial processes and company growth
- Experience in Domestic AND Commercial projects
- Strong with JCT contracts and cost control
- Accurate, efficient and commercially minded
- Skilled with Excel/estimating software
- Full UK driving licence
- 28 days holiday
