What you will do:
  • Undertake assessments and provide support within the Fostering and Connected Persons Team to ensure the best outcomes for children and families.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with foster carers and connected persons.
  • Prepare reports, attend panels, and present cases in professional meetings.
  • Provide guidance and support to foster carers to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children.
  • Facilitate training and development sessions for foster carers.
  • Participate in continuous development plans and contribute to the improvement of the service.
