An established and growing European logistics specialist is seeking a European Export Coordinator to join its busy operations team based in Heywood.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and commercially minded individual looking to develop a long-term career as a European Export Coordinator within international freight forwarding.
The successful European Export Coordinator will join a supportive and collaborative environment where training, development and internal progression are genuinely encouraged.
This position offers exposure to European export operations across multiple international markets while working closely with experienced logistics professionals.
About YouThe company is seeking a European Export Coordinator who is organised, detail focused and confident communicating with customers and transport partners.
Freight forwarding experience is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided for the right European Export Coordinator.
Ideal skills and experience include:
- Experience with in freight forwarding or logistics preferred
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
- Excellent communication and relationship building ability
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within a fast‑paced operational environment
- Self motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Salary between £28,000 and £34,000 depending on experience
- Salary increase of £1,000 following successful three month performance review
- Annual salary review
- Private medical policy following probation period
- Company pension with three percent employer contribution
- Death in Service cover equivalent to three times annual salary
- Holiday entitlement starting at four weeks plus bank holidays increasing annually up to 30 days
