Oak View Group - Up to $45000.00/year - - Responsibilities:
Oversee catering and concessions food and beverage operations including interviewing, hiring, scheduling, ordering, inventory, labor costs and equipment maintenance;
Oversee the serving of meals to guests or directing guests to the buffet line;
Oversee serving beverages to guests including alcoholic beverages and verify age requirements;
Execute Banquet Event Orders and update administrative paperwork;
Lead F&B team on training, inventory, and special events
