Construction Project Manager, Lithium Refinery

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in the construction of a novel battery chemical plant near Corpus Christi, TX. You will be responsible for delivering capex projects by working cross‑functionally with internal and external stakeholders, supporting end users, and collaborating with construction engineering to keep projects ahead of schedule and under budget.

• Create and own a project roadmap, ensuring all deliverables are met.
• Develop detailed bid packages and secure the best value for the company.
• Manage site construction activities, including planning, procurement, construction, start‑up, and contract close‑out.
• Ensure project execution meets contract requirements and quality and safety standards.
• Support partner and supplier selection.
• Promote a safety‑first, quality‑driven culture across all projects.
• Deliver projects ahead of schedule and in budget, driving problem resolution and priority execution.

• 7+ years of experience in heavy industrial, oil & gas, or complex chemical plant projects.
• Prior experience on $250M+ projects.
• Proficiency in construction baseline development, change control, cost/schedule performance, and variance analysis.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong knowledge of Civil, Structural, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, Life‑Safety, and Controls scopes.
• Willingness to get hands‑dirty and lead through challenging projects.
