• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record meeting Company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must possess strong navigational skills to read maps and locate addresses within the designated delivery area, including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including stairs and uneven sidewalks, while carrying product.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product, including pizza and ingredients.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Complete orientation and training provided on the job.
• Demonstrate communication skills: give correct written instructions and provide verbal instructions to customers and co‑workers over the phone and in person.
• Perform essential functions/skills: calculate change, operate computer or touch screen for order entry, coordinate motor skills for fast, precise movements, and maintain accurate word processing and telephone skills.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather when delivering or handling merchandise.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F and above in prepared‑food areas.
• Exposure to guest odors, cornmeal dust, fumes from food, hot surfaces/tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
• Physical effort: standing, walking short distances and durations, lifting loads up to 50 lb, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, stooping, bending, and reaching up to 72 in or above.
• Requires use of hands continuously for eye‑hand coordination, manual shaping of dough, and manipulation of pizza tools.

• Deliver product by car to customers’ doors.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.
• Make multiple deliveries per shift; travel between store and vehicle and from vehicle to customer locations.
• Navigate five or more flights of stairs during delivery.
• Handle varying weather conditions during delivery.
• Far and night vision for driving.
