Position Summary:

Walmart is a workplace that values service, integrity, excellence, and respect. This position starts at $22.30 per hour, with eligibility for a $0.50 evening shift differential, and a $0.50 pay increase every six months for up to two years.

What you’ll do

• Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and other business partners; identify priorities, deadlines, and expectations, carry out tasks, communicate progress and information, and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities.
• Manage freight flow by moving and loading freight manually and with powered equipment (e.g., single and double pallet jack, lift pacer); identify, count, separate, combine, and scan freight; use warehouse management system, terminal scales and scanners; maintain records, logs and forms.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and standards of ethics and integrity; implement related action plans using the Open Door Policy; maintain a clean, organized work area; monitor freight to ensure cold‑chain and species compliance.
• Perform palletizing and order‑picking tasks; operate pallet jacks and palletizing machinery; apply ethical standards and conduct.
