Position Summary:

(Training schedule Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm)

$31.00/hr - $33.00/hr

What you'll do
  • Develop maintenance schedules for maintenance and operations to follow by planning plant maintenance activities on a daily and weekly basis utilizing computerized maintenance management systems CMMS and other tools working directly with maintenance mechanics production associates and leadership to schedule maintenance related downtime and ensuring maximum production efficiencies
  • Demonstrate collaboration by attending weekly and monthly basis meetings providing updates to maintenance schedules and making recommendations to leadership for maintenance improvements
  • Issue approved schedules together with relevant work orders by auditing maintenance schedules planning and implementing audits to verify compliance evaluating schedules when they are not followed and creating audit work papers documentation and final report of findings
  • Complete work assignments and priorities by using policies data and resources collaborating with managers coworkers customers and other business partners identifying priorities deadlines and expectations carrying out tasks communicating progress and information determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities and adapting to and learning from change difficulties and feedback
  • Comply with company policies procedures and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans using the Open Door Policy and applying these in executing business processes and practices Maintenance Scheduling Computerized Maintenance Management Systems Communication Maintenance Coordination Planning
