Capitol City Produce is seeking an experienced and dependable Day Receiving Lead to join our Robertsdale, AL warehouse team. As the Day Receiving Lead, you'll play a vital role in ensuring all inbound products are received accurately and efficiently. You’ll lead daily receiving operations and work closely with warehouse personnel, quality control, and leadership to maintain a smooth and organized workflow.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and oversee receivers, unloaders, and forklift drivers
• Serve as primary backup for office and repack leads
• Ensure accurate receiving, labeling, and proper product placement
• Collaborate with QC to meet quality standards
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-organized storage areas
• Uphold food safety standards and support continuous improvement efforts

• 1–3 years of warehouse receiving experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
• Ability to manage workflow, motivate a team, and stay organized
• Comfortable working in refrigerated environments (34°F)
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and push up to 200 lbs
