Requirements

• Proficiency in speaking and writing in Spanish
• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• Ability to commute to Robertsdale, AL 36567
• Willingness to relocate to Robertsdale, AL 36567 before starting work

• Provide help desk support via a ticketing system
• Handle incoming calls through VOIP and convert problematic calls into tickets
• Take detailed notes on customer issues and relay information to software developers
• Assist customers utilizing the diagnostic software offered by our company
• Help customers identify issues with their vehicles or equipment
• Process software subscription requests and distributor service inquiries
• Follow up with customers to confirm resolution of their issues
