In this Long-Term Care setting, your primary responsibilities will center on delivering high-quality, person-centered care under the LPN scope of practice. You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications within your licensure, assist with activities of daily living, and support residents’ nutrition, hygiene, and mobility needs. You’ll partner closely with RNs, physicians, and an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, track changes, document outcomes, and advocate for residents’ safety and comfort.

Your keen eye for subtle shifts in health status will help prevent complications, reduce hospitalizations, and promote stable routines that residents and families rely on. There is ample room for professional growth within the LTC specialty—from refining wound-care techniques and palliative care principles to expanding leadership capabilities, precepting new staff, and contributing to quality improvement initiatives. The role provides ongoing opportunities to deepen geriatric pharmacology knowledge, enhance geriatric assessment skills, and participate in care transitions and continuity planning that matter every day.

Compensation and benefits are designed to recognize your expertise and your life outside the clinical setting. This assignment offers a competitive weekly pay range of 1,358 to 1,485, with guaranteed 40 hours per week to provide financial stability and predictability.
