Job Description: The LPN provides tenants with high-quality routine care under RN supervision, following the Service Plan, Minnesota BON standards, and tenant rights. Responsibilities include developing and modifying tenant care plans, collecting health data, reporting changes, and supervising unlicensed staff to ensure tenants' well-being.
Qualifications: Completion of an approved nursing program, current Minnesota Practical Nurse license, CPR certification.
