Nursing Assistant Residential Program Coordinator / House Supervisor

Base pay: $23.50/hr

Full‑time Day shift (weekend and holiday coverage required).

Job Description
  • Provide hands‑on care: assist with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, transportation, housekeeping, and laundry while fostering independence with a 4:1 staffing ratio.
  • Create a safe and welcoming environment: maintain a clean, safe space that supports comfort and personal goals.
  • Mentor and guide: provide supervision, positive reinforcement, and guidance; assist with staff scheduling and maintain consistency in programming and communication with the support team.
  • Household management: coordinate services for individual finances, activities, program services, family involvement, educational/vocational programs, health care and nutrition.
Qualifications
  • Completed an approved Nursing Assistant/CNA training and testing program within the last 10 years, or higher education in the medical field.
  • At least 2 years experience with individuals with disabilities or a related field; or one year lead staff experience or a two‑year degree.
  • Experience in residential services preferred.
  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Passion for helping others; experience with mental health conditions.
  • Physical stamina to walk, stand, lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Basic computer skills for tracking progress and documentation.
  • Strong communication skills for documentation, support plans, and collaboration.
