Black Bear Talent is looking for motivated Warehouse Associates to help keep our operations running smoothly. This is a temporary position with the potential for full-time work, making it a great way to gain experience and grow with a supportive team.

• Starting Pay: $13.50/hour

As a Warehouse Associate, you will:

• Pick and pack orders with care, following detailed instructions
• Enter order and inventory data accurately into our ERP system
• Verify product quantities, item numbers, and overall order accuracy
• Prepare shipments, including labeling, staging, and quality checks
• Inspect packages to ensure product integrity
• Receive inbound shipments and confirm materials against packing slips
• Organize inventory efficiently in the warehouse
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
• Support your team with additional tasks as needed

• Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and move actively during your shift
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
• Attention to detail and basic computer/data entry skills
• Prior experience in warehouse operations, picking/packing, receiving, or shipping is a plus
• Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check
