Rugby Architectural Building Products is a wholesale distributor of specialty building products, operating out of 26 branches throughout the United States. Our primary business is non-structural architectural grade building products sold principally to customers who create and produce end-products for the commercial, industrial, retail, residential and institutional markets. (In New Century, KS, Lebanon, TN, and Rockford, IL – we do business as: Olathe Millworks, Warren Brother Sash & Door, River City Millworks respectfully.)

We are growing and seeking a Warehouse Associate! The Warehouse Associate is responsible for a variety of warehouse duties, to include receiving, unloading, and storing material, as well as picking and loading product for our customer orders.

• Pay: $17-20/hr. based upon experience
• Shift Times: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Mon-Fri (some overtime expected)

• Pull, stage, and prepare products accurately based on pick tickets and customer orders
• Safely operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and carts to move materials
• Ensure that material loaded for delivery matches customer orders.
• Organize, label, and stock building materials in designated warehouse locations
• Lift heavy products (up to 100 pounds with a helper) repeatedly to store and load onto a truck.
• Work safely, attend safety meetings and follow all safety procedures and policies

• Interest in working for a company that values hard work and loyalty.
• Experience with pulling orders.
• Strong physical stamina – this role requires a lot of physical activity.
• Experience in warehouse operations, with forklift experience. Must be pass written and driving certification test.
• Highly organized and self-motivated – you should be a self-starter who doesn’t require constant supervision.
