Global wave Softech Pvt Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Developer / Technical Lead to drive Salesforce implementation and development initiatives from a technical standpoint.

This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about building scalable Salesforce solutions, leading technical discussions, and mentoring development teams while delivering high-quality enterprise-grade solutions.

Design and develop Salesforce platform modules, dashboards, interfaces, and database functions using Apex and Visualforce

Build and enhance applications using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Lightning UI

Optimize performance while adhering to Governor Limits

Lead implementation and configuration of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud

Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs

Design and implement advanced customizations within the Salesforce ecosystem

Conduct technical planning, architecture discussions, and requirement-gathering sessions

Mentor junior developers and enforce development standards and best practices

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science / IT / related field

4–6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience

Experience in API integrations (REST/SOAP)

Understanding of Salesforce data model and security architecture

Strong communication and client interaction skills

Salesforce Platform Developer I (PD1) – Required

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to lead technical initiatives independently

Experience mentoring or guiding junior developers

Exposure to enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
