The Heating Air Conditioning Service Technician role is a full-time, on-site position located in Roanoke, VA. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, servicing, and maintaining heating and cooling systems for residential and commercial clients. Daily responsibilities include inspecting equipment, performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring effective and efficient system operation. The role will involve interactions with customers to provide professional and transparent recommendations regarding system repairs and maintenance.

• Technical skills in HVAC troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance for heating and cooling systems
• Knowledge of electrical systems, refrigerant technologies, and HVAC diagnostic tools
• Strong commitment to customer service, professional communication, and relationship building
• Ability to adhere to safety protocols and industry standards
• Proven ability to work independently, efficiently, and within deadlines
• EPA Certification and HVAC technician licensing are preferred
• Valid driver s license and a clean driving record required
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting heavy equipment and working in various environments
