As an A&P Technician at Signature Aviation, you will play an integral part in the high level of service that we provide for our guests. Responsibilities include inspecting, repairing, overhauling, upgrading, and cleaning aircraft in compliance with Federal Aviation Administration regulations, aircraft manufacturer recommendations, and company policies. Technicians at all levels maintain detailed records of work conducted, inspections performed, and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and complex maintenance tasks, including engine runs, taxi operations, engine and flight control rigging, and troubleshooting aircraft systems.
• Read and interpret technical data, make work order entries, and maintain detailed records.
• Ensure adherence to safety rules, regulations, and company procedures.
• Supervise and mentor junior technicians, manage multiple projects and crews, communicate effectively with customers and senior leadership.
• Manage projects and teams as required for higher levels.

• Education:
  
  Tech I/II:
  Associate’s degree or equivalent. Tech III:
  Master’s degree or equivalent with significant experience.
• Experience:
  
  Tech I – zero to 2 years;
  Tech II – 2 to 7 years;
  Tech III – 7+ years.
• License:
  Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license required for all levels.
• Skills:
  
  Interpret technical documents, communicate effectively. Higher levels: manage projects and teams.

• Strong attention to detail and high ethical standards.
